Plastic Flowers Never Die (2008) by Roxanne Varzi
A film on the cultural aftermath of the Iran-Iraq War 1980-1988, written, directed and produced by Roxanne Varzi, University of California Irvine faculty, currently a fellow at the Wissenschaftkolleg/Institute for Advanced Study, Berlin. The screening will be followed by a discussion with the author (in English).

Welcome to my art page on the web. Here you can see what I have been up to for the last dozen years which now includes as many paintings as sculptures!

I was recently in Berlin, Germany for an extended stay. While there, I completed a number of new paintings and exhibited them in my solo show dog-matic. It represented a very exciting event for me because it was my first exhibition in Europe and it also marked the first occasion for me to show my dog paintings.
